Our rates vary based upon the number of children and staff members needed per event. 

 

Onsite Childcare (Events) - Packages start at $125/hour

Onsite Childcare Travel Fee - $75/hour 

(This is addition to the package rate)

 

Mobile Childcare (Parents Home) - $20/hour - $35/hour

 

Drop-In Care (Hourly Childcare) - COMING SOON! 

 

$50 Registration fee
$25 deposit required for each reservation.
$12/hour Infants, 6 weeks – 2 years old
$10/hour 3 years old and up

$5 per additional sibling
$5 meals – per child

All Packages Include the Following: We Care Drop-In provides the activities and snacks, and the host provides the meal. We typically suggest pizza as the meal choice. Activities are divided based upon the children’s age. We set up a soft play area for infants and toddlers and board games for the older children. We also have an arts and crafts table, dress and play area, baby doll/Barbie station, race cars for the fast and the furious, and tea party for our princesses and princes.
